This was our 2nd time buying a house with Danny. We are younger and before finding Danny in 2018, it was sometimes hard for us to find a realtor to take us seriously and walk us through the ins and outs of buying a home. 2 years later we somewhat unexpectedly decided we wanted to sell and of course contacted him right away. He was very generous with his time--looking through our current home and making suggestions of anything we should change before listing. He even helped us take photos himself because we were in a bit of a crunch having already found a house we wanted to put an offer in on. I don't think I have to tell you that the current real estate market is an insane one! We all know that this is a crazy market. However, not only was Danny able to sell our house ABOVE listing price but also get our new home BELOW asking price. To come out on top, so to speak, of both ends of the deal was better than anything we could've asked for. He's a skilled negotiator and above all, knows not only the Toledo market extremely well, but the overall real estate landscape, too. I'd recommend Danny to anyone, especially in the current climate of the market where you NEED someone who truly does this day in and day out.

Danny was great! We were first time home buyers and had no idea what we were doing. Not only did he walk us through the entire process, but also answered all of our questions and was always available to offer help or advice. We were very reassured looking at homes with him because of all of the knowledge he had to offer. He listened to everything we wanted, and helped us find the perfect home. Danny gave us very good advise concerning preparations for the visual appeal our home could produce to interested buyers. He was also there after the house went on the market to answer any questions that had come up.
